Gymnastics
In addition to enhancing physical fitness, participation in gymnastics gives kids body confidence and promotes self esteem.
Gymnastics classes are taught in a carefully controlled environment. As children's skills progress, they become increasingly confident in their physical abilities. This confidence often spills over into other areas of the child's life, improving their performance in many areas. Here at the Dance Factory we have classes for tumbling tots through to grade 6 using the I.D.T.A. Floor syllabus. All children are offered the chance to progress through the examination system although these exams are not compulsory as some children just prefer to attend solely for fun. |
